BIO
My work combines a love of film scores with influences across electronic, world, new age, ambient and classical genres.
When crafting scores and productions, I always seek to create the most authentic and imaginative music I can.
I’ve composed for film, tv and theatre, and as a producer and engineer, I have worked with a variety of established and new artists. I’ve also provided sound design for theatre and visual projects.
All of these have further instilled in me a passion for stories, something that all genres and mediums have in common, and I always strive to be authentic to the story and character.
I picked up music from a young age, learning piano and keyboards around 6 or 7, and then started writing my own music around age 12.
I discovered world and new age music in school, learning all kinds of instruments like Zamponas, Quenas and Steel Drums.
When I went to college at 17, I spent most of my time in the little music studio, playing with synths and a cassette 8-track machine, later on
a full scale studio where I would spend hours playing with effects and synths, making my own sonic stories.
I fell in love with studio technology and synthesisers, and started playing in a band. I then discovered
a love of film and film scores, and have since studied at Academy Of Contemporary Music and Berklee Music College.
From my studio in Hampshire, UK, I work on projects across Film, TV, Theatre, Online Radio and Albums.
